If you've not received any tracking details or you've been waiting for your order longer than you expected, please let us know. You can speak to us on live chat, over the phone or email us and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Taxes & Import Duties

If you're shopping from the USA please understand we are an international business and operate from the UK and also Colorado in the USA. We will use our discretion in determining where your product is shipped from. Please note that we will be covering any duty/import fees incurred when shipping from the UK.

We are also registered for taxes in California and Colorado, so you will be asked to pay taxes on orders which are being shipped to any of these states as this is a legal requirement. Please see full details here.

60-Day Ride & Return Policy

We are so confident that you'll be happy with your Privateer frame, that we offer a full 60 days to ride it. If at any point during these 60 days you wish to return it for a full refund (or a product swap) please email support@privateerbikes.com, or call us on the phone number at the foot of our website. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe or crash damage within this period. However, we do offer a crash replacement discount scheme, so please contact us via email or phone and we will help. In addition to this, frames come with a full 5-year warranty against manufacturing fault and defects. Please note, this does not cover use related wear and tear.
