Like its namesake, the Privateer 161 is aimed at privateer racers and hard chargers in search of a sturdy, no-compromise Enduro machine. Designed to endure fast and rough descents the 161 boasts aggressive, race-ready geometry combined with rider focused features, ideal to thrash all season long.
Frames will be supplied with Rockshox Lyrik Ultimate RC2 in 170mm or 180mm travel and Rockshox's SuperDeluxe Ultimate designed for the latest hard-hitting enduro and trail bikes, featuring the ride tuning abilities of an air spring with both compression and rebound adjustment.

Developed with Top 20 EWS riders and the Enduro World Series in mind - The 161 features progressive geometry to descend as fast as possible, whilst reducing fatigue with a low effort climbing position. By reducing upper body stress on steep transitions, readiness and speed will increase during the timed stages.
Whilst working closely with racers to ensure it's everything they need to race at the highest level, they provided us with incredibly useful feedback; ranging from geometry to small (but important) details such as cable routing to clear race plates.
